Falcon Property recently scooped two separate accolades at the Experts in Property Awards 2021.
With the ceremony held via Zoom, the Experts in Property Awards 2021 was well-attended by its member agencies across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Bristol and celebrated what was most important in agency in 2021, majoring on training, online marketing and community involvement.
Falcon won two awards across the seven awards categories.
Best Trained Agency Staff
The first Falcon award was a Silver win in the Training category. The Experts in Property network provides an extensive training programme on all aspects of agency, with some of the industry’s top trainers. This award is for the agencies with a major focus on training for all staff members, placing them among the best in their field, in legislation, best practice and all aspects of marketing, selling and letting homes.
Customer Service – Falcon Property
And the second proves the Falcon team’s dedication to client satisfaction, being crowned top of the crop with a Gold in Customer Service. This award was based on analysis of ratings and feedback from several sources and Falcon stood out as a true customer services champion.
The feedback on the well-known independent reviews platform, Feefo scores Falcon with a fantastic 4.9 out of 5 from 198 reviews.
